Mark,

New Live TV! Doesn't use NFS, it only uses the Mythtv protocol so that eliminates NFS from the equation. I don't see that issue when changing channels so I have a few questions:

  • When you start either form of live TV, how long does that take?
  • When starting New Live TV, do you get a popup stating that you should run DNS even if only briefly.
  • Finally, someone had complained about this before and I requested a backend log with timestamps in order to provide guidance on how to improve the performance but I don't remember seeing the log being posted (could be an issue with my email). Can you capture a backend log with timestamps (enable capture all).

Thanks,

Sergio
