I suspected something like that.  What I don't understand tho, or what I 
would like to get figured out is, what kind of settings can I use in 
dvd::rip to transcode it while I'm ripping so that I can fix it during 
the rip process, instead of trying to do it "on the fly".  I've tried 
several options already, and so far, no success.  If anyone has any 
insights, I would be grateful.
