I have an LCD tv and notice similar things, since I almost always watch
through the MVP I don't know if I have noticed it on the actual tv
channels.
I watch through Svideo, and I don't remember if it comes through my
modulated input or not.
I was able to adjust the color options on the tv and somewhat minimize
it.
