The only difference is that it's got a Compact Flash socket soldered onto the board Wireless CF card inserted into it. Hauppauge even seem to supply stickers indicating what the wireless MAC address would have been had you bought a wireless model. So basically, unless you intend to use the wireless functionality there really is no point at all in buying the Wireless one. It'll run them just as correctly as your old hardware does. There's very little difference between the 2 hardware releases apart from methods of getting them to boot up in the first place.
