You mean do they have more memory or a faster CPU? Not that I've heard.

As far as I know the only thing you get from the wireless model is the 
wireless interface, so if you don't need that you're just paying an 
unnecessary premium.

Probably. If you go back far enough you'll lose support for the wireless 
interface, but if you don't care about that, it shouldn't matter.

Yes. I'd guess that most mvpmc users are using the wired models.
