What is your hardware rev of DI-624?  Mine is a single antenna Rev C.
I've recently updated the firmware so I’ll try so more messing around.
Like a bonehead when I originally started messing with the router
settings, I forgot to notice that I hadn’t enabled remote modification of
the settings so I only had limited access to what may be been changed.  As
I get into this, any setup tips that you've already worked through would
be very helpful.  Perhaps your signal issues are specific to your house or
building (I'm still hopeful).
