What does the log file say? Turn on myth debug and post the logfile.

Recording one of these channels on MythTV and attempting to play it back using mvpmc (nightly build from 16th September) works OK for a few minutes, after which it ceases to produce any sound. The playback progress indicator (pressing OK) still shows it progressing through the recording! I've had the same happen using both the MythTV 'watch recordings' option and playing back the recording directly from the file system.
