I agree, I very rarely use LiveTV, I just happened to test it and I know it 
worked before!

For me, I had to upgrade from FC9 because ATRPMs has moved on to FC10/11/12, 
so I just got 0.22 by default.   Everything else seems fine.

Backend log doesnt look too suspicious but I don't really know what I am 
looking at ....
