I've been running the October 29, 2009 MVP dongle image, with no unusual
problems.

So, I took a walk on the wild side ...

My Myth backend was running Mandriva 2009.1/mythtv-0.21. I upgraded to
Mandriva 2010, added the PLF repositories, and upgraded the mythtv to 0.22.

Results: some previously-recorded shows make the MVP soft-boot. Others
play fine, but commercial skip makes the MVP soft-boot. For recordings
made *since* the upgrade, commercial skip appears to be working just
fine. The sample of new recordings is still pretty small.

I just tried Live TV on it, but that may have made my mythbackend crash!
I've restarted it, but I'll have to wait until after The Daily
Show/Colbert is over before another LiveTV attempt, or burn hubby points.
