There are 2 possible problems. Either the bit rate is too high, and that is causing issues, or the audio is AC3 and not mp2, the AC3 audio is less well supported and I have never quite had it work right. The data streams that come directly off of the digital channels are not exactly right for mvpmc, all of the HD stuff has too high of resolution to display, and all of the digital stuff typically has audio that won't exactly work right. I transcode my digital streams down to normal stuff that the mvpmc will work with, this is done via a user job in mythtv, and takes about 1/2 of the runtime on a 7750 Athlon for 1080i hd -> 480p conversion. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Planet: dedicated and managed hosting, cloud storage, colocation Stay online with enterprise data centers and the best network in the business Choose flexible plans and management services without long-term contracts Personal 24x7 support from experience hosting pros just a phone call away. http://p.sf.net/sfu/theplanet-com _______________________________________________ Mvpmc-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/mvpmc-users mvpmc wiki: http://mvpmc.wikispaces.com/
