Re your 6: I have about 15 custom To Do views - some of which have custom columns. I have not lost any custom views - they always load OK. And when I do lose custom columns, it is just from the ToDo view that is active when I close MLO. Here's my theory: when MLO opens, it does two things: a) opens the active ToDo view with the default columns and b) at the same time, opens the list of custom columns and applies these to the active view. Normally, a) happens before b) - we get to see the custom columns. No problem.
