I can confirm that this evernote link works. I use the same method for onenote and use an autohotkey script that automatically prefixes the syntax:
^+e:: clipboard = <file:%clipboard%> Send ^v return When I press ctrl-shift-E, it pastes the proper link format into MLO for either program.
