Yes - just done a couple of tests.  The two problems appear to occur at the 
same - ie when Ctrl+V stops working in the Notes field,   Ctrl+V in the 
Task Title field brings up the Child/Sibling dialog.
 
Exiting from  ClipCache and trying again does not make the problem go away.
 
Restarting MLO, thankfully, does.
