First, to include in your view, tasks with closed context: in the left hand
pane, bring up the view characteristics for the current view. Find the section
for context, and at the bottom, find a checkbox “include closed”. All the
closed contexts are still closed and other views will still exclude them but
this view will show them.

Second, bring up any view that includes “See Paul” – right-click on “See Paul”
and select the item from the context menu that says “all tasks dependent on
this task” and they will all appear in a listing.

Interesting - yes, some cunning ideas there!

One question is if I have made a context become "always closed" (e.g. your task
tagged with @Someday) where do you keep them and how do you actually see them
to bring them back to life. How can you aggregate them all at once? And how
many clicks does it take? I.e. Is there any special View or WorkArea/tab that
you have built for this purpose?

Likewise how does it work with that blighter Paul? I imagine that there are
all manner of different projects from all over the place that you may wish to
talk to him about. Now I totally get that it's quite nifty to have all these
things hidden from your Active Actions (and presumably your Next Actions) until
you tick the Action "See Paul", but is there a single-click (okay two or three
click) way to show all the stuff you need to talk to Paul about? Or do you have
to manually type in Paul the search facility... in which case will it find
other stuff that isn't relevant to do with Paul that you don't need to talk to
him about... and even mention of St Paul's cathedral for sake of argument.
Catch my drift?
