Just wanted to follow up on this post with a solution that I found. I started using the *Send to Gmail* extension that Google developed to send webpage links to MLO. You can find it in the Chrome store. It does the job decently well. I would still prefer a native extension that I could click to save website links directly to MLO as tasks but this is the best workaround I could find. Hope this helps anyone else looking for something like this.
