[MyLUG #463] Knoppix 4

Hi, i have the DVD accompanying the Linux Bible 2006 which contains Fedora core, Suse - 10, Knoppix and some others. By default the DVD is configured to boot into Knoppix. The other distros are in 'iso' image format. I want to create Knoppix live CD using this DVD. I tried copy-pasting all files other than those of the the other distros and burning it into a CD but it did not help. Can anyone plz help me?
