If it is already booting into Knoppix, why would you want to get rid of the other stuff?

BTW, Knoppix 4 comes in a CD version as well as a DVD version. If your intention is to just get a CD version so u can boot off a CD instead of the DVD, you will first need to ensure that the version on that DVD is the CD version. Chances are good that its a CD version, because you rarely find people giving out dual layered DVDs with books, BUT of course, theres no real way of saying unless you actually check the size of the disc and of the other distros packed on it. And even if its a single layered disc, the other ISOs might be stripped down versions squeezed in to fill up the 'voids' in the DVD version of Knoppix.

I have the DVD version of Knoppix 4 with me, if you really need a CD version, I have Knoppix 3.8.x with me, well, I think its around somewhere. Or, if you dont mind Ubuntu, I think most people who attended Tuxedo a few months back at SJCE will have it.

It is as if you have the iso images of the other distros in the knoppix live CD. Understand?

Not the entire DVD, obviously. Just the distro image that you require.
