Hi! My brother has a compaq f700 laptop with Ubuntu 9.04 running on it. I do not know what he last did on it as I wasn't in town, but now the keyboard on the laptop is behaving strangely.
Initially, I thought maybe the keyboard layout must have been changed but that wasn't the case, so I popped in the live cd, there too the keyboard's certain keys just won't work. For example, the key "G" prints "g4r" and some other keys in the top row too are faulty. The arrow keys also seem to be dead. What can be done about this?
