Details:
If the directory 'C:\Users\some_username\Downloads' is missing at the startup
of MyPaint, MyPaint 0.8.0 crashes whenever a file dialog (open file, save
file) is invoked. If the directory is removed while MyPaint is running, file
dialogs works as intended.
