Follow-up Comment #7, bug #15854 (project mypaint):
While I understand that you think the behavior is problematic, or even
"useless", please don't assume that everyone else thinks so too. The fact is
that you are the only one that has brought this up so far.
Why don't you try to tweak the code Martin mentioned, and when you find
something workable report back so that other can test? If its good for others
too, we can consider that as the new default.
