Details:
When using sloppy focus (focus follows mouse), the dialogs that show up on
the tab press will steal focus from the window so the subsequent tab doesn't
hide them.
I do understand worrying about WM focus models is a pain, but sadly GIMP is
unusable with click to focus :/
