This is probably a duplicate of bug #16106
Please copy
http://download.gna.org/mypaint/debug/fix_0.8.2_exception_dialog/library.zip
to C:\Program Files\MyPaint\ (overwrite the existing one). This will fix the
exception dialog.
Next time there is an error saving, tell us what the "Details..." button
says. Things will also get logged to .mypaint\python_prints.log, so if you
forget to press the details button, give us the content of that file after
MyPaint is closed.
