Follow-up Comment #9, bug #16253 (project mypaint):
I can confirm that with the current code in git this helps with bug #15969.
The wheel on the Intuos pad works as long as I lift the pen up a bit.
Not sure if this qualifies as a "Fix" or a "Work-around".
