Summary: Mypaint will crash if Gimp saves a file that is
open in both programs

Details:
1. Draw something in Mypaint and save the image as a .ora
2. Leave Mypaint with the image still open
3. Open the image in Gimp and save it (When I try to reproduce it today I
have to use "save as" and save over the original file. I'm pretty sure I just
pressed ctrl-s to save the last week or so.)
4. As the file saves, Mypaint will disappear. I expected Mypaint to stay open
so I could reload the file and keep on drawing. Smiley
