Follow-up Comment #16, bug #18944 (project mypaint):
OK, i just tried setting the environment variable and it does the same thing
as "disable pressure" in the driver - it disables WinTab, fixes everything
with the coordinates, but there is no pressure support.
It seems like my GIMP version does not use WinTab, or at least uses only the
pressure value. Using "disable pressure" has no effect in GIMP, it uses the
pressure even when it's supposed to be off!
This is most definitely a bug with the tablet driver and not MyPaint, because
even commercial software that uses WinTab suffers from this problem - i tested
it with OpenCanvas and Paint Tool Sai.
There could be an "Only Pressure from WinTab" mode like the GIMP, but that is
a workaround until Hanvon fix their drivers, not a solution. I guess i'll be
using MyPaint without pressure until they do...
