Details:
Brushes stop to paint when main window loses focus and refocused again. This
includes:
* focusing other application, then mypaint main window
* focusing dialog windows (brush selection or color picker), then mypaint
main window
I tried version 1.0.0 and 0.9.1
I don't know how how to debug it.
