Details:
If you are using multiple monitors in Windows 7 with a vertical offset between
them, subwindow titlebars can appear off screen. See screenshot for an
example.
To reproduce the problem:
1. Use screen resolution properties window in Windows to create a vertical
offset between monitors.
2. Delete mypaint folder in Appdata to get the default layout settings.
When you launch mypaint it will automatically place the color sampler, color
triangle and scratchpad as shown.
