Nice painting you got there. I have to read more about speedpainting. And for some reason I like it when it looks somewhat unpolished. I can see from this why you want layer support ;-) Currently my spare time is very limited. But I'm starting to think that I need layers for myself too. > I used about two brushes, mostly this one with brown preview, the > ability to change the lightness depending on speed/pression is a good > idea. I have to display the brush names somewhere ;) I'd guess it is bi003 (around number 24 in the default list, rather redish preview; slow size change, moderate lightness change). The brown ones seem too blurry or too hard-edged for what I see, unless you got an old version lying in ~/.mypaint/brushes/. > This is really good software, I experimented much more this evening with > brush parameters, but too tired to make another speedpainting. Thanks. Don't forget to send me your brushes if you start to like them. There are still too many once-created-never-used brushes in the default collection. > I hope the forum will be unlocked to exchange pictures, and mypaint will > continue to progress. There is a big spam problem that is still unsolved. I don't want to put my time into this. I can only hope that Øyvind (who created the forum) finds a solution. bye, Martin _______________________________________________ Mypaint-discuss mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/mypaint-discuss
