Looks a bit painful for daily log checking.  I think I would prefer
something as simple as irclogs.wesnoth.org, including the robots.txt.

The URL to the log files must be in the topic anyway to make people actually
use the logs.

Should be possible to hack this together in a day. It doesn't need a web
interface, and it doesn't have to have 99.9% uptime.  Just point a web
server to the textual logfile directory of some commandline irc client.

I could do this, but I was hoping someone else would pick this task up so I
can do other things instead :-)
