I'm not a lawyer, but from my understanding, as long as these
releases haven't changed anything and include source code, there
isn't a problem with this.

See:
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/selling.html
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#TOCDoesTheGPLAllowMoney

Take a look at X-chat, an IRC client. Someone's selling the
windows port: http://xchat.org/windows/ which isn't a GPL
violation because source code is posted for free download on the
windows port's site. This works because X-chat is hard and
complicated to build; thus, the user is paying for "packaging"
and "distribution" fees rather than for use of the software, and
can simply build it him/herself if they wish.

According to the FSF, "If you distribute binaries by download,
you must provide “equivalent access” to download the
source—therefore, the fee to download source may not be greater
than the fee to download the binary."
