I don't know the licence of the artwork, but if there is a problem
with showing them on eBay you should react and stop them using it.

Some of the licences are in CC-By, but even with that it's not
attributed correctly.
Most of them are NC or ND ( no commercial / no derivative ).
I will contact Ebay about now ; I will give feedback here later if I
have news.
