Greetings,

I want to replace an Access database that kills a LAN with a lean and
mean MySQL/Delphi application.

The "sysadmin" of the site in question told me that they are not
running a "normal" NT but a Terminal Server, which sounds like
something very sick to me. ;)

His exact words were "Terminal Server und Metaframe". And one of his
friends, who happens to have sold the Terminal Server, told him that
installation of software on a Terminal Server is not the same as
installation under NT. And we should try installation on a spare
terminal server first ...

Are there any known problems with MySQL and Microsoft Terminal Server
running Metaframe?

TIA,
Stefan
