Hi,
I have a problem with compiling mysql. I use Suse 7.0 and mysql
3.23.33.
I run "./configure --prefix=/usr/local/mysql". There was no error.
By running "make", I got the following error:

/usr/lib/crt1.o: In function '_start':
/usr/lib/crt1.o(.text+0x18): undefined reference to 'main'
collect2: Id returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [conf_to_src] Error1
[..]

I read and search the mailinglist, but can't find anything like that.
I am a newbie, so I don't understand this error.
Sorry for my bad english! If it is possible answer in easy english or
german.
