I am switching from a Windows computer to a Linux computer and when I dump the data from Windows to Linux I have no problem except for the fact that some of my characters have been converted to strange characters and when the data is displayed on a web page they show up as ?. I am sure that it has to do with character sets but I am not sure what to do about it. Any help would be appreciated.
