Help MySQL on website...

Hi can anyone, please help me!!!

I need to put a MySQL database onto my website???

What do I have to do to make this work???

Is it just 1 file that I have to upload, or do I
have to do something more?

My web-service-provider, have enabled my
website, so that it can run a MySQL database???

Please Help!
