All, I've searched the help and even found this very useful link http://www.xcdsql.org/Misc/MySQL_INFORMATION_SCHEMA.html regarding all the Information schemas.
What I can find is information regarding some way to retrieve the number of pages used to store an index. Perhaps this is because this type of information doesn't make sense for MySQL like it does MS SQL Server? Can someone comment? Thanks!
