Well that happens when ppl click on the mail rather than clicking reply.
If i click reply i always reply to the list :)
Probably misconfigured mail-client.

My headers show the following: (taken from a previous email) - I agree
with Jason on this one.... The "reply" should reply to the "Reply-To"
header, or the "From" header if it doesn't exist... and both do, and
both point back to the sender.
