Query problem

Setup

TITLES:
TITLE_ID

AUTHORS:
AUTHOR_ID


TITLE_AUTHOR:
(TITLE_ID,AUTHOR_ID)


Problem:
Given a title, I need to find all the authors who aren't connected with 
that particular book.
