Hello all,
I just installed mysql 3.23.32-1.7 with an rpm on redhat7.0 server running apache and
php. I could start msqld and shut it down.
Then I created a password for root. Mysql still starts but I can't stop it as root or
any other user. It runs as user mysql which also
requires password.
