That's the problem with this whole discussion. You shouldn't
be assuming anything. You haven't seen the contract; neither
have I. Regardless, everyone (with few exceptions) has been
slamming NuSphere based on absolutely no knowledge whatsoever.

I'm very sad this is all happening. But however you may feel
about NuSphere, I find it a bit unsettling that MySQL AB, as
an open-source organization, would claim a trademark in the
first place. From what I've seen, it looks like both sides
are being equally childish.

Now please, unless all contracts and legal documents are published
on this list, let's all stop declaring one side or another
Satan incarnate.
