It has been our experience from porting the Escapade server-side scripting engine to 
Windows that every version of Windows that we tested under worked just fine, in 
networked and non-networked environments, but we didn't test under Windows 3.1, 3.11, 
or earlier.  Works fine under Win95/98/NT/2K/ME.
