The manual's description of Join Syntax lists the various kinds of
syntax but doesn't define some of them, e.g.:

table_reference, table_reference

and

table_reference INNER JOIN table_reference join_condition

I'm guessing these two are equivalent, except that you can't use a
join_condition with the first form. Could someone please confirm?
