MySQL++ works fine with any 2.95.* or 3.0.*

One user reported that it also worked fine with the latest 2.96
available, but as I have not tested it myself, I can not recommend it.

Regarding incompatibilities with libraries on Red Hat distribution, I
have to trust you.
