I'm not certain about the list. I mailed several message on Tuesday about 3 PM central time. They did not appear until 4:30 AM Wednesday. Many of my messages were duplicated because I did not see them in the list when I mailed them so I was uncertain whether I had even mailed them.
Today, I sent a message to the list; it has yet to appear.
