I have checked all the configurable parameters, but still is wondering what controls the number of processes started on the mysql startup.
I am especially interested in bin/mysqld Ver 3.23.48-max for pc-linux-gnu on i686 Even with small configuration, I have 4 processes without and addition 7 processes with InnoDb support.
