Spyros,
         If you want to edit blob fields then look at MySQL Mgr from 
http://ems-hitech.com/mymanager/. Their blob editor can display hex, text, 
RTF, Image and HTML. They have a 30 day eval period and it is relatively 
cheap, $99. I use it to store HTML code in blob fields and their HTML tab 
previews the HTML. If I need to make changes I can then pop back to the 
text tab and re-edit the HTML text and then preview the changes. It works 
quite well. Just remember to post the transaction (press the red checkmark 
icon) after you've saved your record. I've been caught several times 
wondering why the updates didn't take place.
