Hi,
Look at http://www.mysql.com/doc/L/O/LOAD_DATA.html
and you can try this...
load data infile 'yourfile' into table your_table fields terminated by
'\your_separator_char_for_fields' lines terminated by
'\your_separator_char_for_row';
