After installing MySql Client Version 1.75 on my Win98 Pc, I tried to connect to mysql database on a Linux Box. this is the error message
Host not allowed to connect to this MySQL server. This is my configuration file user=root host=192.168.10.105 port=3306 num_of_queries=100 timeout=60 defbase= socket= queries_file=c:\\mysql\\.mysql_history help_file=c:\\mySQL\\MySQL.help queries_root= last_database_file= terminator=, enclose=' password=1 compress=0 ask=1 max_width=50 update_timeout= 10.00 font_used=72 style_file= I don't know if I have to configure something else on windows or the linux server to connect?
