You have posted this sevaral times, and several people have responded.
If you are not at the console, and can't use the GUI tools, you will 
have to use
terminal mode tools, or edit the user and group files yourself.

This is really not a MySQL problem.
You need to create a new user and group for mysql.
Open your OSX manuals and start reading.
