I have not done this, but I know you can do it in a round-about way. You can download the MSDE from Microsoft and convert it to one of numerous db formats, and from there MYSQL will import it.
Filemaker Pro 5.0 with their ODBC driver is needed though. FMP is not 100% ODBC compliant, but you should be able to export your data. Another catch to this is that when you perform the export with the ODBC connection, the FMP database will actually have to be open and shared for it to work properly. I just converted such a database into the M$ arena, and it was a pain in the you know where.
